EVERY PROJECT NEEDS A DIFFERENT PANEL
The iCLT system offers several panel types based on the same construction principle, but differing in thickness and functional performance depending on the intended use.
All panels are:
- Made to measure for the project
- Mechanically connected without adhesives
- With minimal waste and high manufacturing precision
Differences between panel types are in:
- Number of layers and thickness
- Added function (visual finish, airtightness, structural performance, fire resistance)
BASIC PANEL RANGE BY THICKNESS
iCLT 108
FIRE-RESISTANT PANEL
(108 mm)
A special panel for fire-exposed areas, providing EI / REI 60 minutes fire resistance (while standard options achieve 30 minutes).
iCLT 135
FIVE-LAYER PANEL
(135 mm)
A panel for multi-storey buildings. Typical solution: the ground/first storey in 135 mm panels, the upper storeys in 81 mm panels.
iCLT 189
SEVEN-LAYER PANEL
(189 mm)
A panel for multi-storey buildings and structures with higher load-bearing requirements.
FUNCTIONAL PANEL VARIANTS
EACH BASE PANEL CAN BE ENHANCED WITH A SPECIFIC FUNCTION:
B – EXPOSED-FINISH PANEL
The visible face is made of a bio-board. Suitable for interiors with exposed timber.
F – AIRTIGHT PANEL
Includes an integrated airtight membrane/foil. Used mainly for external walls and passive buildings.
S – STRUCTURALLY REINFORCED PANEL
Designed for structurally critical areas. The panel has twice as many screws as the base version.
