The panels are custom-made for each project, not in standard formats.

Every opening, every groove, and every edge is created using digitally controlled CNC machining.

Each panel can include a built-in vapor barrier membrane that ensures permanent airtightness.
In addition, the edges of the panels are sealed with airtight tape, so that the structure meets the requirements of the passive standard right from the factory.

No adhesives = no emissions.
iCLT is a 100% natural system, also suitable for interiors where air quality is important.
Production takes place with minimal waste and from certified wood (PEFC, ETA).

STATIC SAFETY AND FIRE RESISTANCE
The mechanical connection of the layers guarantees high load-bearing capacity and stability.
The basic three-layer version meets DP2 fire resistance, the four-layer version meets DP3.
In addition, the screws prevent the charred layer from falling off in the event of a fire – the structure remains stable.
